2. Octafluorocyclobutane C4F8 Industrial Gas is also commonly used in gas insulating media, solvents, sprays, blowing agents, large-scale circuit etchants, heat pump working fluids, and raw materials for the production of C2F4 and C3F6 monomers.
3. High-purity octafluorocyclobutane (above 5N) is used in LSI etchants and cleaning agents.
