Sulfuryl Fluoride SO2F2 Industrial Gas

Sulfuryl fluoride is an inorganic compound with the chemical formula SO2F2. At room temperature and pressure, it is a colorless, odorless and toxic gas. Slightly soluble in water, soluble in ethanol, benzene, carbon tetrachloride. Chemically inert, does not decompose at high temperatures, is still stable at 400°C, and is not very reactive.
