Silane SiH4 Electronic Gas
Description
Monosilane, also known as tetrahydrosilane, has a chemical formula of SiH4 and is a type of silane. The structure of monosilane is similar to that of methane, and is a regular tetrahedron. It is a colorless, flammable, toxic gas with a strong odor. It is easily ignited in the air, reacts with oxidants, is highly toxic after inhalation, and is highly irritating to the skin, eyes, and mucous membranes.

Amorphous Silicon Solar CellsUnder glow discharge, silane grows a layer of amorphous silicon on the surface of stainless steel or glass, forming the original plate of amorphous silicon solar cells. -
Float Glass ProductionUsing the gas mixtures of 10% silane, 90% nitrogen as raw materials and 99.9% ethylene (C2H4) as doping gas, glass obtains a Si/SIiC nano-inlaid composite structure, good appearance sunshade performance and good chemical stability.
